Pre-cut rolls
“Pre-cut rolls” refers to rolls of material that have already been cut into smaller, predetermined sizes or portions. These rolls are ready to use without the need for further cutting: they are pre-cut for convenience and efficiency in use.
Interfolded wipes
“Interfold wipes” refers to a type of disposable wipe that is folded in a way where each wipe is individually separated but remains connected to the next one in the stack. The folds are designed so that when one wipe is pulled out, the next one is automatically presented for easy access. This folding technique is often used in packaging to ensure that the wipes are hygienic, easy to dispense, and organized for use, such as in hand wipes, facial tissues, or cleaning wipes.
Quarterfolded wipes
“Quarterfold wipes” refers to wipes that are folded into quarters, typically in a way that results in a compact and neatly organized shape. Each wipe is folded into four parts, which makes it smaller and easier to store. When needed, the wipe can be unfolded, offering a larger surface area for use. This type of folding is often used for convenience in packaging and dispensing wipes, ensuring they are hygienic and easy to handle.
Flat wipes
“Flat wipes” refer to wipes that are unfolded and lay flat without any folding or interlocking patterns. They are typically a single layer of material that can be used for cleaning, personal hygiene, or other purposes. Flat wipes are designed for straightforward, single-use applications, offering a larger surface area compared to folded wipes. They are commonly found in packaging where easy access and convenience are important.
Dyeing
Dyeing enables the white raw material to be coloured to the desired colour.
We are able to dye the non-woven in any colour (Pantone) and we adapt the process according to the constraints that the dye will withstand: temperature, number of washes, etc.
